The Chinese Museum of America celebrated Independence Day on July 4th with a flag-raising ceremony, BBQ parties, and other activities.
People from many ethnic communities, including local politicians, expatriate Chinese, business and academic officials, volunteer groups, international students, and volunteer teams, have been invited to attend the ceremony and visit the museum.

The most well-liked Fourth of July 4th in America is barbecue, so the museum also held a BBQ party and invited neighbors living in the area to join in the party and celebrate the Independent day together. Many visitors also sponsored the Independence Day celebrations to support the museum’s successful hosting.
