Walk-in Welcome! Free Mooncake provided by completing little missions!
On September 10 from 1-3 pm.
The moon has been an object of general worship and great symbolism in Chinese culture for thousands of years. By the 7th century, the reverence had merged with traditional harvest celebrations to formalize the Mid-Autumn or Moon Festival, therefore, it is a harvest festival that is all about giving thanks, for nature’s abundance and for joyful reunions with loved ones.

Celebrate with American Chinese Museum with art exhibition and forums in 2022
Asian Pacific American Heritage Month is celebrated annually in May in the United States. Every year, the American Chinese Museum in Philadelphia will hold a festival and a series of special events to pay tribute to the generations of Asian Americans who have enriched America’s history and are instrumental in its future success.
In 2022, our celebration will feature Chinese American artists, with exhibition and art forums. The exhibition will showcase the outstanding art works created by Chinese American artists, who are representing both Chinese and Western arts. Art forums and art auctions will be held at the same time to promote culture exchange and raise funds for the Museum.
